Wayward Son is a powerhouse band formed in 2020 featuring chest pumping classic rock and some select dance driven country favorites. The band unites the talents of some of most recognizable faces of the tristate area music scene for the last 35 years.

Fronting the band is JJ Miller, whose topnotch vocals and bass abilities have stunned the local scene and the San Francisco area for years with his amazing versatility, energy, and command of the stage.
Shredding the guitar is Steve Baer, whose stellar career in both rock and country music speaks for itself. You will also find Steve singing lead himself once in a while and is always there for the backup vocals.
Adding a crucial role in our success is the simply amazing keyboardist Gerald Lewis. Gerry's skill is unprecedented in any genre of music and you just might say he was born with music in his blood.
Holding down the beat is long time local musician Jeff Sears on drums and percussion. Jeff will have you tapping your toes all night long with his veteran skills.
